Group Exercise classes are included for our PLUS and MAX level memberships. In addition to fighting stress, group exercise is a great way to combat chronic disease, prevent obesity, and boost mental health and brain power. Classes are taught by certified fitness instructors and are designed to help motivate you with the support of the rest of the group and truly be part of a community. Our group exercise classes are a great way to add variety into workouts while utilizing the support of those around you.
