We’re committed to improving the lives of all of our members throughout Orange County and Central Florida!
Our family center is located between Padgett Park and Vogt-Meloon Park, just off West Oak Ridge Road. We’re a vital part of our community and thanks to the generosity of our partners—including Lockheed Martin, Darden, and Microsoft—we’re able to provide a variety of high-quality programs. Children and teens can play sports and enjoy After School Care, adults can join a pick-up league, and seniors can participate in Silver Sneakers. As a leading nonprofit, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone has a place to learn, grow, and thrive.
When you join the Y, you’re getting more than a typical gym membership. You’re gaining new friends, you have the chance to find a new hobby, you get resources like healthy recipes in your inbox, and much more. But most importantly, your membership will help support your community by ensuring the Y can continue to provide critical services to your neighbors in need.

This is a great family-oriented gym where you can feel comfortable working out in. I love the classes and my 6-year-old loves the Child Development Center.

The staff is very kind and friendly. I feel very comfortable with working out/swimming. It’s family-oriented and understands the need for self-improvement and so the Y provides childcare while you work out. My little girls are currently taking swimming lessons and the instructor is patient, kind, and professional.
