Take the “work” out of your Workout
A blend of specific Zumba® moves and body sculpting techniques using lightweight dumbbells, you’ll work against gravity or the floor to define your leg and abdominal muscles for an intense strength-training experience. This class is a dynamic fitness program with Zumba® dance moves and Latin music! Using easy-to-follow moves in interval training segments helps you burn calories and develop a commitment to fun.

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
