Downtown Orlando

Welcome to the Downtown Orlando YMCA

We’re committed to improving the lives of all of our members throughout Orange County and Central Florida!

Our Downtown Orlando YMCA family center has been a community hub located on historic Mills Avenue since the 1960s! Nowadays, you’ll enjoy features like a two-story addition, ample spaces in our parking lot, expansions to the aerobics areas and locker rooms, as well as added family changing rooms. As a leading nonprofit, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone has a place to learn, grow, and thrive.

Let’s stay healthy together! Learn more about our commitment to cleanliness in our facility.

I’ve been a member of the Downtown YMCA since 2004. This Y is more than a place to work out, it’s a place to connect with a community. I have witnessed the fabulous work they do for all the various people that come through this Y. I am proud to be a part of this community!

Welcoming environment and great staff. The entire staff is really friendly and they keep the place clean. I can’t praise them enough. You will not find a better gym in Orlando. They’ve got everything to change the shape of my body and all the instructed classes are awesome. Well done!

This YMCA is a family-friendly, clean facility. I am a young adult and I enjoy being in an environment with kids to elderly all pursuing fitness. I have tried several classes and all are awesome (Zumba, yoga, spin, HIIT classes, etc.)! I swim and have never had an issue with getting a lane. Even during the busiest hours, I can usually use the equipment I want to and have space to do workouts.
