Ride through a variety of terrains as you improve your cardio fitness. In an RPM™ workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

The group setting allows you to stay motivated as you cycle together, while keeping track of your personal achievements.
