We’re committed to improving the lives of all of our members throughout Seminole County and Central Florida!

Our family center is located on Red Bug Lake Road next to the AdventHealth Centra Care (Oviedo) office, and around the corner from the Oviedo Mall. We’re an essential part of the community to some members, whether it’s children in our Youth Sports program, families getting fresh produce at our weekly Farmer’s Market, or seniors staying active in the Silver Sneakers program. As a leading nonprofit, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone has a place to learn, grow, and thrive.

1 Group Exercise Classes

Enjoy hundreds of expert-led Group Exercise classes for all ages and fitness levels, including Les Mills, Zumba, HIIT, yoga, and cycling. Classes vary by family center.

2 Free Weights and Cardio Equipment

Build strength at your own pace with our fully equipped weight room. Our fitness centers are stocked with ellipticals, treadmills, bicycles, stair climbers, stretchers, and more.

3 Adult Sports

Stay active and connect with others through seasonal adult recreational leagues, pickup games, and sports workshops. Offerings may include basketball, volleyball, pickleball, racquetball, kickball, and futsal.

4 Virtual Classes & Learning

Take the Y on the go with classes, group fitness, and educational opportunities from the comfort of home.

5 Child Camp Discounts

YMCA Summer camps are among the nations most popular. Your child will have the time of their life with activities focused growing in spirt mind and body.

6 Discounts on Swim Lessons

Enjoy member discounts on group and private swim lessons, as well as swim team programs.

7 Discounts on Youth Sports

Build skills, confidence, and connection through youth sports leagues, academies, and clinics for ages 3–17. Members receive discounted rates on basketball, soccer, volleyball, and more.

8 Y Explorers (5-12)

Kids ages 5-12 years old on your membership can explore new activities and interests through our Y Explorers program.

9 Drop-In Child Care

Children ages 6 weeks to 11 years who are included on your membership can enjoy up to two hours of complimentary daily drop-in child care. Supervised by certified YMCA staff, the Play Center provides a safe and engaging environment while you enjoy the facility.

11 Aqua Fitness Classes

Shallow water and equipment for resistance helps you tone muscles, improve flexibility and increase endurance.

Swim Lessons

Learn to swim with confidence at the Oviedo YMCA! We offer group swim lessons, private swim lessons, and adaptive swim lessons for children, teens, and adults.
