Soccer is a team sport that’s a great way for kids to have fun while learning sportsmanship and teamwork.

Soccer helps kids build endurance, increase muscle tone and bone strength, and promote heart health. Kids will learn the basics of soccer in a safe and fun environment. They’ll be taught how to properly kick, run, and attack the goal.

Traditional soccer is played outdoors, and factors like field size and the number of players on the field vary based on age groups.
