Through our partnerships with Medicare and other participating health insurance providers, eligible individuals may qualify for a complimentary YMCA membership, making health, wellness, and community more accessible than ever. Membership benefits vary by insurance provider and may include access to our Base, Plus, or Max Memberships, with opportunities to upgrade at discounted rates when available.

How to access the YMCA: Eligible Active & Fit / Silver & Fit members can select and enroll in the YMCA through their program’s member portal. Once enrolled, bring your membership confirmation or Member ID to the front desk at any YMCA of Central Florida location and complete a membership form.

Provided by: Your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
How to use HSA / FSA dollars: Contact your primary care physician to see if your medical history qualifies you for a Letter of Medical Necessity. If you don’t have a primary care physician, Dr. B, a medical telehealth organization, can help determine if you qualify.
If approved, submit your Letter of Medical Necessity along with your YMCA membership or personal training receipts to your HSA or FSA plan administrator for reimbursement.
Using HSA or FSA dollars makes it easy to invest in your health and wellness. You can apply your account funds toward YMCA memberships, personal training, and other eligible wellness services, helping you stay active, healthy, and connected at the Y.

How to access the YMCA: Eligible members of the OnePass Select™ (or Aaptiv Access) program must first activate their membership on the One Pass Select or Aaptiv Access website and select a membership tier. Once enrolled, bring your Member Code to the front desk at any YMCA of Central Florida location and complete a membership form.
