Roper YMCA Hosts 2021 Virtual Healthy Living Expo

Free Community Event to Nurture Your Spirit, Mind, and Body

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. – (August 31, 2021)

The Roper YMCA will be hosting a Virtual Healthy Living Expo throughout the month of September sharing different ways to nurture your spirit, mind, and body.

This year, the virtual expo will offer five educational webinar sessions with a variety of themes including how to stay safe during the pandemic while visiting healthcare offices, how to understand your insurance policy, and tips for navigating the grocery store. Sessions will be presented live on September 2, 8, 17, 22, 27 and will be available exclusively on Webex.

“We’re excited about how many more people throughout our community will be able to virtually participate, meet experts from across Central Florida, ask questions and learn about healthy living over the course of a month,” said Justin Higa, Executive Director at Roper YMCA.

The Y’s mission is to improve the lives of all in Central Florida by connecting individuals, families, and communities with programs and services that strengthen spirit, mind, and body—and that’s exactly what this virtual expo is all about.

This event is free and open to the public, but participants must register in advance.
