Discover Classes, Clubs and Programs for Active Older Adults at the YMCA of Central Florida
National Senior Citizens Day on Thursday, August 21, is the perfect time to honor and celebrate the wisdom, strength and vitality of older adults in our community. At the YMCA of Central Florida, we believe that every stage of life is an opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. That’s why we offer a wide variety of fitness classes, social clubs and wellness workshops designed to help older adults stay healthy, connected and active.
