Step 1: Complete Your Membership Setup
Before jumping in, we’ll help you take care of a few quick details to make your experience smooth and welcoming from day one.
During your first visit, please be sure that:
- All waivers and required documents are completed for everyone on your membership
- Your photo is taken for easy check-in
- Your online and in-center accounts are set up with support from our Membership Team
This helps ensure seamless access to programs, facilities, and digital tools designed to support your goals.
Step 2: Take a Tour and Get Comfortable
Your Y is your space—and we want you to feel confident navigating it.
We encourage you to take a tour of your home family center during your first visit. A YMCA team member will show you:
- The layout of the center
- Locker rooms, restrooms, and sauna/steam room areas
- Fitness spaces, gymnasiums, and program areas
- Bulletin boards with schedules, events, and community updates
With 15 YMCA locations across Central Florida, you’re welcome at all of them. Each location offers something unique, and we’re happy to help you explore.

- Reserve spots in Group Exercise classes

- Access schedules, program details, and important center updates
