STRONG Challenge: Outdoor Group Ex Class

Enjoy High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), a group ex class, outdoors at the Frank DeLuca YMCA!
Part of the STRONG Challenge Week 2 activities includes outdoor group ex! We welcome YMCA members from all of our family center locations and non-members to participate and enjoy this class.
HIIT
This high-Intensity interval training class combines calisthenics, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises in cardio intervals. Exercises done in time bursts with short recovery periods. The goal is to reach an anaerobic state, increasing metabolism for 24–72 hours after the workout.
