As part of our Communities for Health initiative, we joined OUC – The Reliable One to launch a successful “Lunch in the Garden Event”. Organizations such as Seed2Source, OUC, and the YMCA of Central Florida, combined efforts to educate employees on sustainable farming, healthful eating, and how to take food farm-to-table. Our very own Healthy Eating Director, Gary Appelsies, demonstrated how anyone can prepare the healthful meal that they all enjoyed.
