Enjoy a virtual Upper Body Strength group ex class with one of our YMCA staff members!
Part of the STRONG Challenge Week 5 activities includes group ex classes via Facebook Live! We welcome YMCA members from all of our family center locations to participate.
Upper Body Strength
This class will help your upper body get stronger through a variety of exercises that work your arms and back muscles. The instructor may include a variety of equipment in this great workout.
