STRONG Challenge: Facebook Live Yoga Group Ex Class

Enjoy a virtual Yoga group ex class with one of our YMCA staff members!
Part of the STRONG Challenge Week 1 activities includes group ex classes via Facebook Live! We welcome YMCA members from all of our family center locations to participate.
Yoga
This class will focus on the most common yoga postures, breathing techniques, stretching, toning, and relaxation. Enjoy a few standing and balancing poses followed by floor stretches and guided relaxation.
