Join our very own Chef Gary and the Roper YMCA at the 2022 Fresh Start Festival!

Chef Gary and the Roper YMCA will be at the 2022 Fresh Start Festival, hosted by Healthy West Orange. Bring the whole family for an afternoon of free games, giveaways, cooking fun, and more! 

Chef Gary will be hosting two cooking demos for his Mango Banana Smoothie and Energy Bites.

Get active together with the Roper YMCA team during the following family-fun activities:

• Yoga/Stretch – Create balance by developing both strength and flexibility. Relieve stress, find focus and achieve peace of mind, body and spirit. Class will focus on breathing techniques, stretching, toning and relaxation.

• Zumba – ZUMBA Dance class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness party atmosphere. Learn the hottest Latin dances while having fun with your closest friends.

• Core – Build your core strength and tone your abs, glutes and legs.

• Kid Fitness – Grab a hula hoop and work on your core strength or take your chances by rolling our fitness dice!
