Tools You'll Need
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Small Ice Cream Scoop or Tablespoon
- Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup ground flax meal
- ½ cup natural peanut butter, no sugar added (smooth or chunky)
- ½ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Place ingredients in bowl
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Combine ingredients
Using a rubber spatula, combine all ingredients. (Your hands can work well with this as well).

Scoop and roll
Scoop out some of the mixture using a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon and roll into approximately 1-inch round balls.

Arrange and set
Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the fridge for about 2 hours or freezer for 1 hour to set.

Store
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
