Mango Banana Smoothie
Tools You'll Need
- Measuring Cups
- Blender or Food Processor
- Chef's Knife (optional)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1¼ cups unsweetened coconut water
Freeze banana two hours to two days prior.
Add ingredients to blender
Cut or break banana into 2 or 3 pieces, and place in blender or food processor along with mango, spinach, and coconut water.
Blend until well combined and smooth.
Pour into cups and enjoy.
