Ingredients
- 20 pitted dates
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Directions

Combine ingredients
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well combined.

Scoop and roll
Scoop with a small ice cream scoop, roll, and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.

Refrigerate
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.
