Blueberry Parfait

  • Cutting board
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 pints fresh blueberries, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • 3 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups granola

Directions

  1. Toss blueberries

    IIn a small mixing bowl, toss blueberries, mint, and basil. Set aside.

  2. Mix

    Mix honey and yogurt. Set aside.

  3. Layer the ingredients

    Using small mason jars or stemless wine glasses, evenly add one layer of yogurt, granola, and the blueberry, mint & basil mixture. You can do this in any order you like.

  4. Refrigerate

    Serve cold.
