Tools You'll Need
- Chef knife
- Cutting board
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Mixing bowl
- 2 pints fresh blueberries, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, roughly chopped
- 3 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups granola
In a small mixing bowl, toss blueberries, mint, and basil. Set aside.
Mix honey and yogurt. Set aside.
Layer the ingredients
Using small mason jars or stemless wine glasses, evenly add one layer of yogurt, granola, and the blueberry, mint, and basil mixture. You can do this in any order you like.
Serve or refrigerate
Serve immediately, or place in the refrigerator so it can be enjoyed cold at a later time.
