For Ages 18+ Years

Our adult swim lessons are designed for swimmers of all abilities. Whether you are learning to swim for the first time or looking to refine your skills, our program offers a supportive and tailored experience to meet your goals. Following the national YMCA of the USA swimming curriculum, adults are grouped by skill level to ensure personalized instruction and progression. 

In our program, adults will: 

  • Build comfort with underwater exploration and water safety basics, including safe exit techniques. 
  • Progress to mastering body control, forward movement, and directional changes in the water. 
  • Learn advanced water safety and refine stroke techniques to build endurance and improve swimming skills. 

These lessons are perfect for adults who want to increase their fitness, improve their water confidence, or achieve lifelong swimming goals.

Swim Lesson Package Options

2 Lessons per Week (Recommended): Our curriculum is best completed with two lessons per week, providing more practice and faster skill reinforcement. To schedule 2 lessons per week, register for two 4-lesson packages with flexible days and times.

1 Lesson per Week: Our 4-lesson packages are designed for families who can only attend one lesson per week. Progression may take longer as it’s based on skill mastery rather than lesson frequency.
