SilverSneakers® by Tivity Health is the nation’s leading community wellness program established to help active older adults take greater control of their health.

SilverSneakers is a leading exercise program with a unique blend of physical activity and socially-oriented programming that enables you to take greater control of your health. SilverSneakers reduces the barriers to exercise, promotes social interaction, and encourages healthier lifestyle activities. SilverSneakers is a fitness and wellness program offered at no additional cost to seniors 65+ on eligible Medicare plans that helps you get active, get fit and connect with others.  Our program is designed for all levels and abilities and provides access to online and in-person classes.  If you have an eligible Medicare plan, you might already be eligible.

SilverSneakers participants can enjoy group exercise classes, use of the fitness equipment, access the pool and the gymnasium, and get a free orientation scheduled the day they sign up!
