Open gym volleyball is a group training program designed to offer kids and teens the opportunity to improve their personal performance on the court or field. Sessions are run with an emphasis on building character and teaching sportsmanship, learning the fundamentals of the game through fun activities, and improving technical skills with drills. While structured league gameplay won’t be followed, gameplay opportunities will still take place during scrimmages.
