Enjoy a virtual Lower Body Strength group ex class with one of our YMCA staff members!
Part of the STRONG Challenge Week 6 activities includes group ex classes via Facebook Live! We welcome YMCA members from all of our family center locations to participate.
Lower Body Strength
This strength and conditioning class includes aerobic, body-weight, and weight lifting exercises to help build muscles in your lower back and legs.
