Enjoy a virtual Basic Fitness group ex class in our STRONG Challenge Facebook Group led by one of our YMCA staff members!
Part of the STRONG Challenge Week 2 activities includes group ex classes via Facebook Live! We welcome YMCA members from all of our family center locations to participate. This class is also great for active older adults.
Basic Fitness
Introduction to fitness, this class includes a proper warm-up, corrective exercises, and flexibility, and stretching—all components necessary to begin an exercise routine.
About the STRONG Challenge
