Grow the Good and Donate Today!

Donate any new or gently used sports ball at any YMCA of Central Florida family center from April 24 to May 6. We are currently accepting soccer balls, basketballs, volleyballs, footballs, and kickballs as part of GROW Central Florida’s 5th Annual Summer Community Ball Drive. Sports balls collected by GROW are distributed to thousands of kids by law enforcements agencies in seven counties to help spark positive interactions.

About GROW Central Florida

Founded in 2015, GROW stands for: Grass Roots Outreach Within. Our goal is to help develop the healthiest children by supporting community grass roots wellness initiatives and supplying durable goods and resources to empower basic play and engagement in regular physical activity. We do this by empowering volunteers such as parents, teachers, coaches, school counselors, social workers, and members of law enforcement who want to go above and beyond the call of duty for youth in our community with a special focus on low resource communities.

GROW mentors and fills resource gaps for these community volunteers to successfully serve children in their community and foster meaningful relationships.
