The YMCA Teen Achievers is a teen mentoring, college and career readiness program.
Teen achievers aims to empower primarily Black and Latino teens to develop a strong sense of self and pursue education and career goals. We achieve this by raising academic expectations and performance, building leadership skills, character, and positive self-identity, and connecting with caring adult mentors and diverse role models.
