Thanks for celebrating Healthy Family Day 2026 with us!

Families across Central Florida came together for a day filled with sports, active play, wellness, family activities, and community connection. From free sports clinics to hands-on experiences and activities for all ages, families had opportunities to try something new, stay active, build confidence, and have fun together.

We loved bringing our community together and showcasing the many ways the Y helps families stay active, engaged, and connected year-round. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make Healthy Family Day 2026 a day to remember!

Healthy Family Day is a free YMCA community event that brings families together to explore sports, wellness, and family programs that support healthy, active lifestyles. Ys across Central Florida host free, community-facing events featuring sports clinics, activities, and experiences that encourage movement, connection, and lifelong healthy habits.

Yes! Healthy Family Day is completely free and open to the entire community so bring your friends, neighbors, and family for a day of sports clinics, family activities, and community fun.

No, you do not need to be a YMCA member to attend Healthy Family Day. This is a free, community event open to everyone. Families can also learn more about YMCA membership and programs available year-round during the event.

Healthy Family Day is a free, community-wide YMCA event where families can experience everything the Y has to offer. Guests can take part in sports clinics, group exercise experiences, and family activities, as well as learn more about programs like personal training, youth sports, swimming, and camps.

Families are also invited to explore YMCA facilities, connect with staff, and see what membership could look like for them. Throughout the day, community partners will be on site sharing resources that support health, wellness, and family well-being.

More than just activities, Healthy Family Day is about discovering a place to belong, building connections, and experiencing the Y as a welcoming community for all ages.
