At the Y, we believe strong families build strong communities. Join us for Healthy Family Day, a free all-day event where families can explore everything the Y has to offer through family activities, wellness experiences, and community partnerships. Enjoy free sports clinics from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM.
As part of ESPN’s Take Back Sports movement, in partnership with Disney, families can participate in free multisport clinics and YMCA programs that encourage new interests, build confidence, and inspire healthy living.
From sports and wellness to community connections and family fun, Healthy Family Day offers something for everyone.
Activities vary by location. Check with your local YMCA for event details.
