In an RPM™ workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. The group setting allows you to stay motivated as you cycle together, while keeping track of your personal achievements.

I’m pregnant. Can I still do RPM™?
Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history. Chat to your instructor beforehand to let them know you’re pregnant. They’ll suggest options for you throughout the class.
How often should I do RPM™?
For best results, we recommend you do RPM™ two to three times per week.
Do I need any special cycling gear to do RPM™?
RPM™ can be done in normal workout clothes and shoes, so no specialized cycling gear is required. Cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable, but they’re not essential. If you really want to look the part, you can find the latest RPM™ gear from Reebok and LES MILLS.
