CXWORX™ is a 30-minute class that combines body weight exercises and resistance equipment to train your core. Your instructors will guide you through body weight exercises like crunches and hovers, as well as hip, glutes, and lower back exercises using tubing and weighted plates. All moves are adaptable, which makes this a great class for all fitness levels.

I’m pregnant. Can I still do CXWORX™?
Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history. Chat to your instructor beforehand to let them know you’re pregnant. They’ll suggest options for you throughout the class.
How many times a week should I do CXWORX™?
For best results, we recommend you do CXWORX™ two to three times per week.
What do I need to bring with me?
All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle, and a sweat towel. Your family center will provide the necessary equipment.
