A strong core is at the center of building and toning muscle all over your body. In classes focused on strengthening core muscles, learn new routines and exercises designed to help you feel and look great!

Abs Express
Build your core strength and tone your abs, glutes, and legs.
BOSU
Practice utilizing your core using a BOSU Balance Trainer and learn movement complexes that focus on balance, mobility, and stability.
Cardio Core
A 30-minute challenging mix of intense, dynamic core-stabilizing exercises and cardiovascular endurance to get the blood flowing and heart rate elevated.

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles. The instructor may include a variety of equipment in this great workout.
