For Ages 6-12 Years

For school-age kids, we offer progressive swimming lessons that build on water safety skills developed at each stage, fostering confidence and ensuring safety. With safety as the foundation, children develop essential water skills before advancing to swim strokes.

After mastering the basics, students begin building stronger stroke techniques. These lessons not only boost their swimming ability but also support their overall well-being—helping them stay healthy, build confidence, and enjoy a lifetime of active fun.

Swim Strokes Stage 5: Stroke Development

In Stage 5, students advance the swimming skills learned in Swim Strokes Stage 4 or their prior knowledge, by learning and refining fundamental swimming strokes while reinforcing water safety techniques.

What Your Child Will Learn in Swim Strokes Stage 5:

  • Refinement of front crawl and back crawl
  • Introduction to breaststroke and butterfly
  • Increased stamina and endurance for longer swim distances

This stage emphasizes mastery of competitive strokes, water safety, and building confidence for independent swimming.

1 Lesson per Week: Our 4-lesson packages are designed for families who can only attend one lesson per week. Progression may take longer as it’s based on skill mastery rather than lesson frequency.
