Wellness Seminar: Injury Prevention

Join us for a Wellness Seminar focused on injury prevention, key post-workout recovery, and the importance of mindset maintenance during exercise.
Our group of physical therapists from AdventHealth will demonstrate how to properly foam roll and stretch post-workout, as well as, key tools for muscle recovery. We’ll also dive into the maintenance of mindset during exercise, with an introduction to NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and different ways to introduce mindfulness into exercise.
