The YMCA of Central Florida is partnering with DaVita and Bridge of Life to bring free kidney and chronic disease health screenings to our community. These screenings are open to everyone 18 and older.

Dates & Locations:

• J. Douglas Williams YMCA
  Friday, August 15 | 8 AM – 2 PM
• Wayne Densch YMCA
  Monday, August 18 | 8 AM – 4 PM

Screening Includes:

• Weight and height (BMI assessment)
• Blood pressure check
• Blood sugar test
• Family history of chronic diseases, including kidney disease
• Consultation with an on-site physician
• Potential additional kidney and lipid screenings for high-risk individuals

Cost:
Free and open to the public.
