Healthy Family Day is an FREE community event with in-person activities for the entire family. This year, Healthy Family Day will be held on Saturday, August 24th 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at each YMCA of Central Florida family center.
Explore a variety of fun activities and engage with our community while learning more about the enriching programs that will keep familes active and connected throughout the year. From interactive games and sports to educational sessions and wellness workshops, there’s something for everyone. Bring the whole family and dive into a day packed with exciting activities, great company, and a sneak peek at all the ways the Y can keep you and your family healthy!
