Celebrate 175 years of strengthening communities with the Y at Healthy Kids Day®—a free, all-day event at all YMCA of Central Florida locations! Kids of all ages can enjoy active play, nutrition education, STEM exploration, movement, and more, all designed to help them thrive all summer. From toddlers to teens, families will discover fun, hands-on activities that promote healthy habits, creativity, and connection in a safe, welcoming space.
This is an all-day event, with special activities taking place from 10 AM to 1 PM, including New Worlds Reading Initiative events at select Family Centers—Lake Nona, Frank DeLuca, Osceola, and Roper—starting at 11:30 AM. Kids can also enjoy free meals, books, and swag bags.
