YMCA Events
We host a variety of events intended to strengthen and bring our community closer together.
The Y has annual happenings that have been staple events in the Central Florida community for years. These exciting events are for kids, adults, and families! We also have a variety of different activities throughout the year such as outdoor group exercise classes, Healthy Living LIVE online cooking demos, holiday donation drives, and more!

The YMCA of Central Florida’s core values are Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Faith. Our values unite us as a movement. They’re the shared beliefs and essential principles that guide our behavior, interactions with each other, and decision-making.
As a Christian nonprofit movement, we strive every day to demonstrate these core values and the Bible verse the YMCA was founded on. John 17:21 encourages us to create unity in our community and show the love of Christ by serving, encouraging, and caring for the needs of our members and neighbors.
