Ginger Lime Sparkling Water

- Cutting Board
- Chef’s Knife
- 32 oz Water Pitcher
- Mixing Bowl
- Whisk
- Wooden Spoon
Ingredients
- ½ lime, juiced
- ½ orange, juiced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ lime, thinly sliced
- 2 slices of ginger, peeled and sliced about ¼ inch thick
- 5 mint leaves, torn
- 32 oz. chilled sparkling water
Directions

Place ingredients in mixing bowl
Place lime juice, orange juice, and honey in a mixing bowl.

Whisk
Whisk together to thin out honey.

Add ingredients to pitcher
Add remaining ingredients to a 32-ounce water pitcher.

Combine sparkling water and juice mixture
Pour in sparkling water followed by juice mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon to incorporate.

Steep
Add ice and let steep in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Garnish
Cut additional fruits and herbs for garnish if desired.
