Ginger Lime Sparkling Water

  • Chef’s Knife
  • 32 oz Water Pitcher
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Wooden Spoon


  • ½ lime, juiced
  • ½ orange, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ lime, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices of ginger, peeled and sliced about ¼ inch thick
  • 5 mint leaves, torn
  • 32 oz. chilled sparkling water


  1. Place ingredients in mixing bowl

    Place lime juice, orange juice, and honey in a mixing bowl.

  2. Whisk

    Whisk together to thin out honey.

  3. Add ingredients to pitcher

    Add remaining ingredients to a 32-ounce water pitcher.

  4. Combine sparkling water and juice mixture

    Pour in sparkling water followed by juice mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon to incorporate.

  5. Steep

    Add ice and let steep in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

  6. Garnish

    Cut additional fruits and herbs for garnish if desired.
