Keep your kids active, healthy, and confident with YMCA Youth Sports! Our leagues are designed to help children develop athletic skills, build self-confidence, and make friends in a fun, supportive environment. We focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy habits, giving every child a positive experience—whether they’re just starting out or refining their skills.
Important Dates:
- Early Registration: Nov 17 – Dec 14
- Open Registration: Dec 15 – Dec 28
- Practices Start: Week of Jan 5
- Games Start: Jan 9 or 10
Sports Offered:
- Basketball: Build endurance, speed, and agility while getting a great cardiovascular workout.
- Volleyball: Improve hand-eye coordination, sportsmanship, and overall fitness.
- Soccer: Boost self-confidence, reduce stress, and strengthen muscles.
- Rising Stars (Ages 2–3): Introduce young children to sports skills and concepts in a fun, age-appropriate way.
- Flag Football: A safer, inclusive alternative to traditional football that promotes teamwork, communication, and fitness.
- eSports: Virtual and in-person opportunities for kids to develop collaboration, critical-thinking, and tech skills in a team or individual environment.
