I'm desperately trying to lose weigh and I need help. I've tried to do it on my own but was not successful in the past so I need all the help I can get. I was 400lbs on the 22 of December but now I'm 358lbs. I've lost 42lbs but its not enough. Please pray that I could get help from a personal trainer soon. I can't afford one on my own but I know I need one. I'm hoping that someone will find it in their heart to help me out.
