Peach Avocado Salsa

- Large mixing bowl
- Plastic wrap
Ingredients
- 2 large, fresh peaches, pitted and diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- ½ small red onion, chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- Kosher salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- ½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)
Directions

Combine all ingredients
Toss together all ingredients in a large glass bowl.

Season as needed
Taste and make any adjustments you prefer for seasoning.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
