At the Y, our mission is to improve the lives of all Central Floridians in spirit, mind, and body.
That’s right, all 3.5 million Central Floridians—and counting—are a part of the Y family. Why? Because we’re a mission-based nonprofit that exists to serve all in our community. So, we’re developing programs and services to help all neighbors grow healthier regardless of age, income, background, or ability. We serve online and in person at our YMCA family center locations and dozens of schools and partner locations across our six-county service area.
While we offer reduced rates based on need, we also offer programs, events, information, interactive YMCA health challenges, virtual and in-person support, and services for free to Central Florida residents. You’re invited to enjoy these benefits by joining us as a Neighborhood member!
