BE LEAN at the YMCA through our new training program is aimed to help you maintain, gain, or lose weight while becoming leaner.
This six-week program will bring together a group of 25 participants under the guidance of our experienced wellness instructors. Through nutrition guidance, performance tracking, and regular group exercise, the BE LEAN program will allow you to grow stronger and get fit within a positive and encouraging family atmosphere.
