Pray for the health, safety and protection of my daughter, sons, grandsons, sister and brothers and their families, all Seniors, pray for all Seniors' longevity and happy lifestyles. For Heart health awareness and proactive measures to prevent heart conditions by continuing to monitor diet, avoiding fructose, glucose, all the coses associated with sugary substances watch portion sizes, see specialists as recommended by primary care, don't hesitate as referrals are for a reason, and we hope it doesn't come to that, but if so, it's for early diagnostic reasons to protect us, The Eternal Father works through the hands of our doctors and Surgeons. Reach out to those who are afraid to step out and train again to let them know it's never too late to begin or pick up where they left off, a healthier lifestyle.
