Week 5: Serve Others
Do you feel like it’s easier to make time for serving yourself but can’t find time to help out others? For some, it could be fear or a recent loss that makes them instinctively not want to reach out. But humans are made to be givers and not just takers. If we’re willing to prioritize the needs of others above just our own and reach for our best things to give, we’ll discover the transformational benefits that come from practicing unconditional love. This week, along with your fitness goals, prioritize putting the needs of someone else you love above your own!
