We want to congratulate you on joining us for the STRONG Challenge! Your STRONG Challenge begins with setting fitness goals. Although we’ll be encouraging you in other areas of your life, we want to start by focusing on physical health and wellness. Start by setting goals to achieve during the next six weeks. Whether you’re more comfortable with a walk around the block or feel like you could run the next marathon, it’s important to start where you are. We’ll help you grow from there!

I’ve been too busy to take care of myself and I want to change and get back into my daily workout routine. I know I can do this and lose weight and get STRONG!

I am a cancer survivor twice, and for my health I must lose weight. I started on July 24, and I have lost 10 pounds with a lot of effort. I wish you all success in this challenge!
